The Study on Unit Price Adjustment of Estimating Unit Price Contract in Project Variation

摘要：

In estimating unit price contract, unit price will be adjusted when there are many differences between the bill and Project variation. This paper will discuss how to adjust the unit price while the actual number is reduced by more than 25％ to the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). At the same time, it will be explained and understood more comprehensively to the contract terms— project change accounted for 2％ percent of the total contract— to a reasonable treatment of engineering construction Project variation.
