An Improved Square Root Rate-control Model for H.264

After analyze the square root quantitative-parameters prediction model, Improvements were proposed to increase the prediction accuracy of the SATD and the allocation of bits. The SATD prediction model, based on airspace and time, was used to improve the accuracy of SATD. At the same time, the second bit allocation model on Frame layer was used to improve the accuracy of the bit allocation. Those can improve the prediction accuracy of QP. Compare with the old, the new square root model is more accurate. It not only improves the deviation of rate, but also increase the average PSINR under the brightness of the reconstruction at low bit rate video.
