Evaluation Method of Water Quality Based on Euclidean Distance Model with Varying Weight
Considering the disadvantage of conventional Euclidean distance model with weight, the author established the water evaluation factor weight of every index according to these factors contamination contribution rate, which will be induced as a new concept. This new concept is able to show the influence differences among the environment factors selected, avoiding using the same weight for which might not be fit. Then, the Euclidean distance model with varying weights, which will be capable of evaluating the water environment quality, is established. After the application of this model, the results of this model and fuzzy integrative evaluation model are compared and analyzed properly and the conclusion was drawn. The conclusion is that, this model is more reasonable and scientific because more practical weights is adopted. And it can get favorable result and be widely applied in other evaluation field of environment quality.
