Research and Development of Real-time Measurement and Control Experimental System Based on Mechatronics
Mechatronics is the organic combination of modern microelectronics technology, information technology, automation technology, sense transfer and testing technology and the traditional mechanical technology. It is an inevitable trend of mechanic and electronic industry development. The paper takes the measurement and control experimental system of poly-metallic nodule mining system as an example, introduces the typical application of key technologies of mechatronics in the measurement and control field. In this paper, the hardware consistence of the experimental system, working principle and the application of multithread technology in the realtime measurement and control system in Delphi development environment are represented. The design and development methods of hardware and software for the measurement and control system have certain reference value.
