Research on Stress and Strain of Cement Stabilized Macadam Base in differert layers

A great deal of truth prove that the cement stable macadam with superiorly original design which in use process can happen serious diseases. Highway construction with degree of compaction,7 days compressive strength and gradation as control targets. Ensure the material properties to meet the design requirements of the case, to infer the way of stress in the pavement structure has changed, and he stress concentration in certain parts of the sub-base has damaged. This study uses BISAR calculation software simulated the stress-strain characteristics of cement stabilized sub-base in the state of different layers. The results show that the reason for the traditional when the layered construction work on the sub-base to Scrunch, will have to shape good sub-base disturbance and loose, at the interface between the two layers may form a force weak layer. But the big thickness sub-base with one-time constructed units as a whole and fully continuous state, will completely eliminate influence between the layers.
