Study on Personalized Education Strategy for Distance-Learning Model

Because of the difference in learners social experience, cognitive style, learning ability and the distance of the teachers and students, the existing distance-learning system causes poor interaction, and learning effect is not obvious. In this paper, a personalized education strategy is proposed, through analyzing the learning ability of learners, grasping their learning need, ,at the same time, connecting with the relation of knowledge points ,the system can adjust the learning plan and provide them with individualized learning resource so that every student could acquire individualized teaching service. Experiment has been proved that the strategy is feasible and reliable.
