STUDY ON THE TRANSFORMATION DEVELOPMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT ZONE
After the development of nearly thirty years, the development zone has entered the historical stage of adjustment and transformation, which is from building area focus on the industry construction to making the city focus on the living environment. The paper will sum up the process of the development zone in China: the exploratory stage, prosperous stage and adjustment stage, and judge its development trend; at the same time, the common problem of the development zone currently will be proposed, such as industrial development, function, space layout, environment, integration development with the surrounding region and management system; in the end, the corresponding development countermeasures will be put forwards. Hoping the strategies can provide preference for the process of the transformation development of the development zone in the future.
