The analyses of Evaluation of the implementation of Urban Yellow Line
In recent years, with Chinas accelerating urbanization process, Urban yellow line management approach and new Town and Country Planning Act were introduced, it played a positive role in promoting for Chinas urban planning and construction, but still some problems. This study based detailed analysis of the questionnaire from planning and management department, Planning Unit and relevant experts, proposed the main problem of urban yellow line management approach: Urban yellow line their own problems, the process of urban planning issues, Urban yellow line management issues. And accordingly the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: ① perfect yellow line regulations, to treat urban infrastructure seriously; ② standard preparation of urban and rural planning, reasonable arrangements for urban infrastructure; ③ improve management awareness and implementation of urban and rural infrastructure. Through this study to improve the urban yellow line on role, and with peers to discuss and share research results, in the background of the new Town and Country Planning Act .
