The exploration of the whole life-cycle carbon emission accounting model on highway under the perspective of low-carbon

摘要：

The highway construction and operation as an important part of the economy, leads to the carbon emssion becoming more and more serious. Based on the international research on the whole life-cycle carbon emission accounting of highway and the international general SETAC-EPA, the carbon emission accounting method about the highway was put forward and the carbon accounting model was established. This research will be helped to reduce carbon emission in transportation and make contribution to realize the targets of low carbon society.
