The Management of Excavation Engineering Supervision in China
The failure of excavation engineering can bring great damage to the whole project because of its own special characteristics. However, the development of present excavation engineering in China is limited by the problems existing in its nvestigation, design, construction and monitoring and it still requires a lot of technical services. This paper first analyzed the characteristics of and the problems in the excavation engineering at present, and then discussed the key works that should be noted by the supervisor during the process of its investigation, design, construction and monitoring, thus providing a reference for the supervision of future excavation engineering.
