The Overall Design of the Emergency Management System for Lushan Xihai Expressway

摘要：

Firstly analyzes the safety management situation of Lushan Xihai Expressway, and then design the overall framework of highway emergency rescue management system, which includes the vehicle monitoring and dispatching system, emergency management system, and motion office system. Finally, the process of emergency management is discussed. Through the implementation of the system, it can enhance the efficiency of the incident detection, short the response time of the accident, provide rescue package for the rescue department and guide the accident rescue.
