Analysis of the construction of water ecosystem in Northwest China---A study on Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region in Northwest China

摘要：

Northwest China is short of water, where the water ecosystem environment is vulnerable. This article analyzes the water volume, water quality, water environment and water security etc. in the water ecosystem of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Region of northwest China in a systematical way, and makes suggestions on what and how to improve the situation there from two aspects: the content of governance and the mode of governance, illustrating the importance of the construction of water ecosystem and providing references for the construction of water ecosystem in Northwest of China.
