Experimental Study on Noise from the Elevated Bridge of Chengdu-Dujiangyan High-speed Railway
Based on the field experiment, this paper studied the noise when a train runs on the elevated bridge serviced in Chengdu-Dujiangyan High-speed Railway in China. Both linear-weighted and A-weighted noise level are taken account to analysis the data. The results indicate that, low-frequency noise plays an important part in the noise of the elevated structure, and the evaluation method of linearweighted noise level is proved to be more suitable. In addition, prediction results from the simplified prediction model were compared with the experimental results, and the error is successfully controlled in less than 4%.
