Integration of Heterogeneous Data Based on Topic Map in E-Government

According to E-governments current situation and the development trend in china, applied topic map technology to solve heterogeneous data problem, especially the semantic heterogeneous problem in E-government, implemented communication of information, analysis the principle of integrate heterogeneous data based on topic map, gave the model of topic map building and implement process.
