Prediction Model for Induced Traffic Volume

摘要：

The induced traffic volume forecasting is a part of road traffic forecasting,which has great impact on economic evaluation of road project,and directly relates to the selection of road technical standards ang the management after it coming into operation.A two-stage model of induced traffic was established in this paper Based on the characteristics and developing rules of induced traffic volume. Depictions are presented in detail for the calculation of initial induced traffic volume,forecasting of economic growth in traffic subzones and forecasting model of induced traffic volume in the late stages of the project. Finally, this method is validated through applying in case study of WenChang bridge in LiuZhou.
