Reciprocal Relationship between City and Environment in Sustainable development Case Study of Jiyuan city in Henan Province

摘要：

Good natural and cultural environment are the sound base for urban sustainable development. Jiyuan City in Henan province is a famous beautiful city with long history. Jishui River and Jidu temple are the important natural and cultural environmental factors which have affected the citys development strongly respectively. This paper studies the reciprocal relationship between Jiyuan city and its environment in order to find an excellent develop paradigm for contemporary urban planning and sustainable development in China.
