Reference from the policy of the supervision system using for new buildings energy-saving in Germany
With the rapid development of economy in China, building industry has great expanding with unprecedented scope and speed. The energy crisis,but requirement for energy grew rapidly, Construction is energy suppliers,how to reduce energy consumption and green building is an urgent problem to be resolved at present,Constructing energy saving buildings should be able to contain high energy-consuming buildings at the source. Analyzes- the main experiences and existing problems in energy-saving between China and Germany,research in the acceptance and management stages of new residential buildings,establish an effective incentive policies and strong supervision and punishment mechanism,provides a scientific and effective basis for the development of low-carbon economy in the field of energy-saving building.
