Research of The Transverse Load Distribution Based on Generalized Rigid Cross-Beam Method
Even though there are many researches on rigid crossbeam method, most of them fail to take account of the influence of shearing deformation and the difference of the transverse load distribution in longitudinal direction. In this paper, The writer research on this problem, using two generalized displacement beam theory and thin-walled bar theory, and propose a new method named Generalized Rigid Cross-beam Method, which take account of the influence of shearing deformation, the difference of the transverse load distribution in longitudinal direction,and torsional behavior of the beam, and rigidity of cross-beam. Finally the example for l-20m T-beam demonstrated the effectiveness of the Generalized Rigid Cross-beam Method.
