摘要：

This thesis analysises the utilization of water resources of Zhejiang in hisory, and also, make survery and research to its current situation. Based on the fact that the water resources in Zhejiang province are not even and balanced.in its time season and space, this thesis also explore the next direction in developing and utilizing the water resources in Zhejiang Province.
