The Research on Social Responsibility Assessment Index System of Rail Transit Operating Companies
Currently, there is no social responsibility assessment index system for urban rail transit operating companies. From the perspective of stakeholder, this paper based on the background of multiple Investors in rail transport operations management, combined with the characteristics of rail transport industry, used analytic hierarchy process to select an indicator: investor government, employees, passengers, communities, and the environment, determined 19 secondary indicators, and used the expert interview score to establish the weights of each index, then built a comprehensive and systematic social responsibility evaluation system for urban rail transport corporate. Findings not only to guide the national rail operation and management of enterprises operating in industry, guide the government regulation and public oversight to promote normalization mechanisms, but also to encourage enterprises to better fulfill their social responsibilities.
