Visional Tracking Arithmetic of Interactive Virtual Endoscopy
In the interactive virtual endoscopy system, virtual endoscope (perceptron) moves inside cavity of organ or focus manipulated by operators. In order to show the movement of virtual endoscopy in virtual environment more real and renew the visional display fast, we must track with the movement of virtual endoscopy. A kind of Kalman filter has been designed in this paper to solve the problems of measure error and noise disturbance during the visional tracking of virtual endoscopy. And it has also been applied to the position prediction of virtual endoscopy, with the next position of tracking point predicted, so the image-processing window is precisely set up to increase the processing speed. Results show that the method we advanced solves the above problems effectively and has a better visional tracking effect.
