Water Resource Management And Decision Support System in Hengshui City Based On GIS
According to the current status of water resources management and its specific problems of Hengshui city, taking into account the water security, water resources, water environment and other water problems, an integrated water resources management decision supports system with merits of generality, portability and scalability was developed by using tools like GIS and database in the theoretical framework of the structure of decision supports system. The system can provide dynamic decision supports for managers in the simulation and forecasting of the water environment, water supply and demand prediction analysis and the optimization allocation of water resources, make the management of water resources to provide reliable protections for social economic development.
