Design Research on Link Performance Function in Port Freight Traffic Flow Assignment

摘要：

Aiming at the characteristics of port freight traffic flow in this paper, three characteristics of them are analyzed and quantified firstly, and further, the traditional BPR function is improved, as last design and put forward the link performance function specialty used in port freight traffic flow assignment.
