Experimental Study of Vertical Oscillation Forces in the Air Cooling Fan System Running Time
To analyze the oscillation forces produced by direct air cooling fan system during operation, strain and speed of revolution of the fan shaft when the fans are running through radio survey technique are tested in this paper. The strain isolation technique determined oscillation forces produced by rotor mass eccentricity, bending moment produced by vertical vibration of the flabelium, torque produced by driving fan revolution and vertical oscillation forces produced by air reaction. Then the characteristics of four oscillation forces in the conditions of different working conditions, the different speeds of revolution and different numbers of flabellum are analyzed.
