Planning Scheme and Effect Analysis of Zhengzhou Urban Water Resource Allocation
Water resources planning is the general disposition for the exploitation, utilization, saving and conservation of the water resource, playing a significant guiding role in the water resource management and water conservancy project construction. Taking Zhengzhou city as an example, the paper chooses 2015 and 2020 level years as the planning years to do water resources supply-demand forecast and balance analysis on the basis of analysis of water quantity, water quality and the current water supply situation. Finally, the paper proposes water resources allocation planning scheme and makes assessment and analysis for the possible effect of the scheme, laying foundation for the other related planning constructions as well as providing important reference for other similar water resources planning in other cities.
