Research on Ecological Cost Control of Highway Construction
This paper presented the contribution of environment is the ecological cost of highway construction, which is one part of highway construction cost Based on life cycle environmental impact assessment of highway construction, the key elements of ecological cost and the life cycle phase in which the ecological cost incurred were identified. Further, based on stakeholder theory, the paper identified the cost control stakeholders and analyzed the relationship between them and their respective function in cost controlling. In the end, the ecological cost control measures were given.
