Research on the planning of the post-earthquake settlements in Niufei village of Qiang People,Pingtong town,Sichuan province

摘要：

In this paper, we conducted the research on the planning of the post-earthquake settlements in Niufei village in order to achieve the goal of flourishing the village with characteristic industries and increasing peoples income with folk tourism. We also analyzed the planning positioning, the planning philosophy, and the planning concept of their residential area combing with the rules of the New Countryside Construction. This research would presumably offer some ideas for the post-earthquake reconstruction of Niufei village.
