The Brownfield Site Re-development Based on the Urban Life Complex Planning—A Study on the Hangzhou Northern Software Park

摘要：

This article proposes to use the urban life complex as a new living space form to reorganize city functions, which start from the Northern Software Park urban design as an example, discusses the strategies of planning and design for the urban life complex based on the brown-field site redevelopment. This strategy focuses on two aspects: first, the urban complex construction based on the city life scenarios to guide the design concept Second, the urban complex layout based on the life demand to activate the brownfield site in the whole project.
