The finite element analysis and optimal design of the frame of the anode shift car
Taking the frame of the anode shift car as object of study , appliying finite element analysis software COSMOS Works on the frame of the anode shift car on stress, strain and modal analysis, the fourth order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration would be got, the analysis of frame of the anode shift car shows that the frame is not easy to resonance, at the same time a dangerous position dynamic stress and vibration analysis of correlation and the dynamic stress amplitude frequency statistics in contrast, the frame supporting hoist force plate in the middle is the most strong vibration position, the frame structure would get an optimization design, comparison before and after optimization mode and amplitude, the simulation results show that the optimization can significantly reduce the vibration amplitude, improve the stability of moving vehicle.
