The Intelligent Weather Modification Operation Model in the Environment of Low-latitude Plateaus
Based on the characteristics of weather modification in the environment of low-latitude plateaus, this paper proposed a weather modification operation model which aims to help operating managers with operating scenario and provide operating spots, fixed or mobile, with detailed intelligent decision-making information, including: operating spot, fire elevation, azimuth, amount of ammunition. The data that this model utilizes is from the conventional sounding materials, XDR radar and DPL radar together with the historical applications and actual usage.
