The Online Vision Detection of APT Crystal Particle Size

The Ammonium Paratungstate(APT) crystal particle size and shape are detected by means of the computer vision method in this paper. Based on image processing, the APT crystal particle size information is extract from the micro-image. In order to separate particles from adhesion ideally, an efficient segmentation method based on watershed algorithm is put forward. The comparison shows that the approximate transform relations between Fisher method and image processing method. The success of APT crystal particle size detection based on image processing builds a foundation for APT online measurement.
