The renovation of the old distinctive mining community Take the Quantaijtuzhou Mining Areas renovation for example
This paper takes the Quantai, Xuzbou Mining Areas renovation for example. And by analyzing the present situation of the mining base, we proposed the oldage-nursing eco-village design concept In this design, the base is divided into four regions, which are the comprehensive service region, the nursing homes of mining region, the CCRC community region and the entertainment-recreation region, and the road pattern is transformed as two-axis, multi-loop, multi-longitudinal. The road pattern is designed to not only meet the needs of transportation, but also realize the aims to study the environment, to utilize the topographic features, to protect the ecological environment, to explore the historic features and to save the mining landscape features. Whats more, considering the relationship between the nodes of roads and landscape and the culture of mining, we madf some exploration on the design of the road nodes of residential area, trying to combine the functional, ecological, landscape and cultural features of the mining area together.
