What shapes architectural practice?
The main object of this paper is to study the relationship between architect and client by a case study (77 grosvenor Estates) of Sheppard Robson one of biggest design firm in London. The work is trying to shed a light on the relationship between design strategy and clients flavor and provide a more wide discussion on team work. By the various discuss carried out in this paper, the paper proposes that the priority of clients taste, clients needs and architects personal design taste is depend on different kinds of clients attributes. Also it is important that design strategy should be in a flexible way. By this it is meant that the design method we learned should be adjusted to suit the society and market Society responsibility sometime is too far from clients needs, but there are alternate ways to achieve it we could achieve the acquirement of clients though alternative way of deign with the considering of green technology and society problems.
