Solution of the fractional planar transport equation by the Legendre polynomials

In this work, it is shown that we can reduce the planar fractional transport equation using the Legendre polynomials. The procedure is based on the expansion of the angular folx in terms of the Legendre polynomials, the resulting system of fractional linear diffrential equation which is solved analytically in addition, the spectral approximation is given.
