Higher Education Administration and Semiorthogonal Multi-dimensional Small-wave Wraps

The higher education policy concentration provides students with the: knowledge and skills they need to understand the complex interrelationship between state, local and federal government and institutions of higher education. In this paper, we introduce a class of vector-valued small-wave wraps with elevenscale dilation factor for multidimensional vectorvalued function space. Their orthogonality properties are characterized by virtue of matrix theory, timefrequency analysis method and fuzzy set method. Three orthogonality formulas regarding these small-wave wraps are established. The pyramid decomposition scheme is obtained. Moreover, it is shown how to obtain new Riesz bases of space L2(Rs,Ru) from these small-wave wraps.
