A Study on Higher Vocational Application-oriented Innovative Talents Training System

摘要：

In the knowledge economy background, it has become an urgent task to strengthen the training of application innovative talents for building an innovationoriented country. Through the study on the creative talents classification, we have got the accurate positioning of the type of creative talents of higher vocational education and training. On this basis, the training approach, training platform and evaluation system of higher vocational application-oriented innovative talents have been proposed, and the system has been build up, so as to enhance the quality of talents training.
