Several Reflections on Higher Normal Education Against the Backdrop of Teacher Professionalization
Teacher Professionalizaion is a global trend in education development. Education practice of higher normal college is a significant process in the development of teacher professionalization. This article re-examines the nature, purpose, and meaning of education practice from teacher professionalization development point of view with consideration of the problems and shortcomings existing in current higher normal education practice, and put forward constructive reform strategies for education practice, with the aim to further promote higher teacher education practice and development of teacher professionalization.
