This study used the document datum, logic analysis, Through cultivation of competitive sports reserve talented persons sports system and education system to establish how athletic talents training analysis. Put forward combination of sport and education type sports talents training in the sports field and education is the combination of field a special mode, and is the respect for the development of competitive sports law needs, to promote the athletic sports of China to high, refined, sharp direction, must establish in the combination of sport and education type athletic talents training mode, and on the basis of competitive sports go YuanxiaoHua way. Form the elementary school, junior high school, high school and university training system.
