Research of the Administration System Reformation and Evolution of Foreign Higher Education
Since 1990s, the theory and practice of higher education administration system improvement and evolution has been one of focal points of our national higher education researching, and furthermore gain a certain achievement. 21st century gives new definition and background to higher education administration system evolution, this article based on concentrating degree of higher education control authority concludes foreign higher education administration system: centralization type, decentralization type and regard both as equally important, these three main administration system modes, hence analyzing their characters; on that basis, researching and analyzing the basic trend of international higher education administration system development and evolution as well as the inspiration to our national higher education administration system evolution, in order to use for reference.
