Research into and Practice of Quality Talent Training in Independent Institutes with Fractural Teaching Management Systems
This essay focuses on the description of the vision point of talent quality and the current situation with respect to independent institutes. It will examine the problems of talent training quality and treats teaching management as one of the most important tasks. In addition, this essay will lay out the results of teaching management in the Polytechnic School of Shenyang Ligong University. This article examines the Independent Institute of Applied Talents, from the perspective of teaching management, and describes how to protect and improve the quality of personnel training. Thereby the institutes need to increase the amount of financial injection and recruiting the high quality educational resources necessary to create a good academic environment, allowing students to learn useful material and further their careers.
