Consideration on the Inquiry-Based Teaching Mode of the Organic Chemistry Experiment for the Food Major Undergraduates

The present study discusses some disadvantages and limitations of the validating mode in the traditional teaching of organic chemistry in china. It is pointed out that it is necessary and exigent to explore the novel teaching mode of the organic chemistry experiment. Some new considerations are proposed on the feature, the predominance and the implementation of the novel inquiry-based teaching mode.
