An Action Research in Teaching College English Writing

In the practice of teaching, I find the students ability of English writing need to be improved urgently through classroom observation, interviews and analysis of students grades. For this, the author designs an action research project and put it into teaching. The results show that the enthusiasm of the students writing has been increased, writing level has been improved, and ability of classroom cooperative learning has been enhanced. Article on the action research from the union of theory and practice makes a systematic elaboration, put forward some ideas of improving the students ability of English writing for further research, and lay a good foundation.
