Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures on Employment of College Graduates Majoring in Foreign Languages

摘要：

Foreign language graduates plights in employment are analyzed based on the questionnaire and interview from the perspectives of education system, employers expectation and students competitive force. The result shows that the countermeasures to better the employment of graduates can be realized by deepening government functions and educational reform, converting graduates views on job-seeking and advancing employment management system.
