Moral Education Function and Training Mechanisms of College Students Volunteerism Spirit
College students are the main force of young volunteers. They play an important role in the volunteer service. In order to promote the development of the University of voluntary service, and develop college students noble spirit of volunteerism, we must build volunteerism training mechanism of education, management, evaluation and encouragement and ensure that college students work in a dynamic service to promote the spirit of volunteerism moral education function of long-term play. By reviewing literatures and practicing in the Volunteer Service, this essay argues that the research of moral education function and training mechanisms of college students volunteerism spirit is necessary. It is not only benefit the development of harmonious society, but also benefit the construction of harmonious campus.
