On the Construction of the Applied Talent Training Model in Universities
As the development of higher education, many colleges have upgraded to universities. It is an urgent problem to seek the location of school-running for these newly -built universities. Based on researches on several newly-built universities, existing problems in local universities were analyzed. By analyzing, constructing the applied talent cultivating mode is the inevitable option and some suggestions on constructing the talent training model are put forward.
