摘要：

Based on our highly developed economic and social background, combined with the actual art education status of university and innovation concerning art teaching strategies of university, the paper explain the guiding philosophy of contemporary art education, and explore that teaching and training of college students for art education in our colleges and universities which play an active role in the progress.
