Ideological and Political Course Case Teaching and Cultivation of Innovative Talents
Innovative talent has an important significance to a powerful nation of science and technology and the construction of an innovative country. Chinas higher education undertakes the task of training innovative talents. The paper analyzes important role of ideological and political course case teaching to strengthen the students subject consciousness and participation consciousness, cultivate students innovative thinking and ability, points out at the same time that case teaching is a kind of heuristic, different from traditional teaching way of teaching method completely, discusses the strategy and principle needed to follow in the course of the implementation of case teaching, that is selecting cases seriously, active classroom discussion and the final summing up, which not only can improve the effect of teaching, but also play an important role on training college students innovation quality and innovation ability.
