Study on the Influencing Factors of Undergraduates Joining-CCP Motivation
It is important to take empirical research on the influencing factors of undergraduates motivation to join CCP (Communist Party of China). Basing on the theory of planned behavior, this study constructs the influencing factors model of Undergraduates Motivation to join CCP, and the questionnaire is designed accordingly to collect measured data. Then the survey data (N = 150) is adapted with the model by using the structural equation analysis, and the fitting results are good (RMSEA=0.060). The analysis show that joining-CCP attitude, joining-CCP subjective norm and joining-CCP behavior control are pre-affect variables, which have significant direct positive effects to joining-CCP motivation. Joining-CCP faith has direct positive effects on joining-CCP motivation, which is affected by joining-CCP pleasure directly and negatively, however, both are not significant. Joining-CCP motivation is the pre-affect variable of joiningCCP behavior and has significant direct positive effects on it. The results provide the empirical basis for correcting the Undergraduates joining-CCP behavior.
