On the Basic Measures About Teachers Conversion of Junior High Schools Underachievers
Underachievers are those who always being discriminated by many people, making themselves a big headache for teachers, contemned by their classmates and being abandoned in a dark corner of the class. As a result, there comes a series of problems. This paper will thoroughly analyze the root cause of the underachievers, as well as putting forward some basic countermeasures to convert them from a teachers perspective. By doing so, we will mobilize their learning enthusiasm and initiative, driving them to recognize themselves once again, introspecting themselves and surpass themselves at last.
