Research on Science & Technology Awards Evaluation System Based on Multi-Agent

摘要：

Science & technology awards evaluation is an important part of governments work, the fairness, reasonableness and accuracy of the result have a direct impact on science & technology awards results. To ensure the justice and reasonable plays an important social function in science & technology awards work. With the development of artificial intelligence, Agent and Multi-Agent technology have become more sophisticated, its unique mechanism of selflearning and self-inference has been used in a number of transactions and got a good application. This paper discusses the science & technology awards evaluation system based on Multi-Agent technology.
